Hurst Hill

for breakfast we had the choice of a continental breakfast or a cooked breakfast, for which we paid extra. We had one on the first day and the other on the second. We also were offered an evening meal on our first evening, which we really enjoyed.

The cottage is full of character, taking us back to English culture in rural England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 . The dinning room is absolutely amazing. People don’t lock their doors and leave their cycles unlocked as there is high-trust in the community. I enjoyed every bit of it. The owner is super hospitable and went out of his way to give me his son’s mountain bicycle to wander around Dunsfold. His full English breakfast is second to none and he makes bread himself.

Excellent quiet location. Continental or cooked breakfast very good; well prepared. Having stayed before I knew Guy was a most accommodating host and good cook.

Lovely quaint old cottage in the countryside, rural, peaceful. Great communication and flexible check in ad breakfast arrangements. . Look forward to staying again.

The location was fantastic. Rural heaven.

Nothing really. Nearly banged my head but I was warned!

Guy was a lovely host, this also applies to his housekeeper. Sorry if that is the wrong description of her. He offered drinks to us and also some evening food if we wanted. Brought us up a cup of tea when we first got there. Lovely touch. There's a lovely dog called Winston, a beautiful dog. Very friendly. The room was amazing and the bed very comfortable. It was a lovely break for us for 3 nights while in the area visiting family. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Guy.

The house was beautiful and in a glorious setting, peaceful and relaxing. Only slight downside was getting to it late evening after seeing family as it was a lot of back lanes etc in the dark and then a very bumpy gravel path to the house. But that's not a complaint. It's just how it was. It was a bit of an adventure shall we say!
