Nice and clean property, clean and comfy beds, host is genuinely accommodating, continental breakfast was included but unfortunately we had to to leave early morning as we had to attend out annual convention on time but the host offered us breakfast even earlier than what was usual, nothing but prayers for you Mr Charles, really appreciate your assistance on everything. 5 stars.

the non cooked breakfast was what it needed to be with home made bread and and a good standard of jam . plenty tea or coffee available and the evening meal we had was home made and well made

We opted for the continental breakfast, it was great to get breakfast included in the price.

The remote location makes it a pretty quiet place to stay, no busy city noises. The Host of the place is very kind and a great cook. He will probably invite you for a good home made dinner when you stay there. You pay like 15 pounds, but it's totally worth it. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy.

Just don't expect a luxurious all-in place. It's an old farm with gravel roads. You do have access to a toilet and a shower, but that's about it. It will do for 1 or 2 nights if you just need a place to sleep and nothing else.

Host was super friendly and nice. Superb quality breakfast.

We booked 2 rooms and both were lovely. They were very comfy and quirky, as the property is old. Very tastefully decorated and kitted out. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and we loved fussing his dog :) We booked the cooked breakfast and was well catered for with a vegan breakfast and homemade bread.
