"Guy is an amazing host and his son was brilliant too"

Mine host and his son were exceptionally helpful. We were struggling to find food on the first night and they easily solved this for us. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Make sure you leave room for the bread. MIND YOUR HEAD!!

A hanging rail in the bedroom would be useful even if just a hook on the door

"A wonderful stay in the annex of Guy's beautiful cottage"

Guy was a wonderful host, he offered assistance with our bags as soon as my daughter and I arrived and was courteous throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and we access to a very well stocked kitchen and our room was very comfortable. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Thanks Guy.

"Perfect location for a local wedding at High Billinghurst Farm."

Absolutely perfect location for a wedding we were attending close by. Veronica was extremely helpful at breakfast. Loved the property and our room was very comfortable, especially the bed. This is a beautiful home, steeped in history , with a great pub not too far away, called The Sun Inn. Thank you Guy.

"It was ok. Place needs a little TLC"

No one there to meet us. Very stressed as another couple turned up and no of us knew where we were staying. Owner was away for weekend, staff covering not very good Due to no one coming out till Saturday morning, had missed breakfast as no one around night before to take order

Very quiet location. It was great that a simple breakfast was in the price but you had the option to pay for more. Guy was an attentive host without being intrusive.
