Wow what a stunning location stunning 500 year old house full of character original fixtures and fittings comfortable room and what an amiable welcoming host guy makes the fabulous breakfast and is a total gent and couldn't make your stay any better in fact we enjoyed ourselves that much we are going back again next month also so much to do and see in the surrounding areas highly recommend

Im don’t like pass a way bees on the carpet,lot of them,no tea kettle on the room,hardly intoxicated every evening b&b holder,road bumpy you a need 4/4 to get in without damaging your car.total rubbish

Lovely old charming property. Gracious host. Fresh homemade bread for breakfast. Comfortable bed. What could you ask for! Local pub Three compasses lovely food.

Farm track leading to property. Lots of pot holes!

"Homely surrounding in charming old house with very warm host."

Breakfast was generous with good tea and coffee, as much as needed. Lovely surrounding in a quiet green area, typical if the English countryside. The welcome by Perry was naturally warm and we felt really at home.

If you need newspapers or other amenities you need to look around a bit.
