Very clean, quite rural location. Building beautiful with quirky character. Host very friendly and attentive. Will definitely recommend and return.

A lovely farmhouse in the Surrey countryside. We had the 2 rooms in the annexe which are perfect for a family, as you have sole use of the kitchen / diner / sitting room. Much better than a standard B&B. Our host, Guy was excellent, from welcoming us in, to cooking an amazing breakfast. You pay a little extra for the cooked breakfast options but it's well worth it. Guy also offered us Sunday dinner and evening meals but unfortunately we weren't around in the evenings until later but we'll definitely take up this option the next time we stay. The leg of lamb looked very good! Overall an excellent option for families, couples or solo travellers needing a good quality B&B in the Godalming area. Easily accessible for London Waterloo on a 35 minute train from Guildford. The Dunsfold Top Gear track is very close by so this would make an ideal stay for anyone doing track experience days there, too. Highly recommended.

The lovely host was very accommodating when our flight was delayed due to adverse weather conditions. The room was warm and cosy, and we both had a comfortable night's sleep. We were offered a great selection of breakfast choices in the main house, which included freshly baked bread. The location was just perfect for visiting our family.

We did not use the kitchen facilities.

Set deep into the countryside, this beautiful house, with parts dating to 15th C., is perfect for anyone wanting endless peace & quiet. The quirks and charms of the old building are abundantly on display, and it all feels gorgeously homely. Guy and his wife are lovely, generous hosts, and I felt really looked after throughout my stay.

Not your average B&B. This was more like your home from home feel or staying with friends. Hosts were very accomodating. Location was a little remote but we liked it. Although a B&B they were happy to cook a full english if required and also an evening meal at a small cost. Don't expect 5* hotel feel as this is a country cottage/ farmhouse with a very cozy feel to it.

First morning we were offered breakfast. Second morning breakfast was left out as the owner had gone away. Left with cereal and a loaf of bread

Home was very draughty and cluttered. There were no locks on the rooms just ill fitting doors. The house was poor in security as the owner left the back door open at all times regardless whether he was in/out. The was a dog who was left alone in the kitchen and howled lots on the second night and my husband went to see if he was okay and he had been sick and 'poo'd in the kitchen (the owner had gone away for the night). It is an old 300 year old home but in my opinion falls below what we would expect from paid accommodation.
