Great location, good breakfast, clean room and facilities, hot shower, and useful to have a fan in the room for the extra warm days.

This was a great stay: Amazing location (large tesco basically in the back yard and open late; 15 minute walk to town centre; close to the canal for leisure walks); Friendly host (clear comms, very understanding, and even helped with advice regarding the city); Clean and good breakfast to start the day without the need to leave the house on an empty stomach in search for food and coffee.

Other guests were a bit loud slamming doors and chatting loudly, but I can understand how this is not under the control of the BnB/host.

The Townhouse was immaculate. Lovely room and excellent facilities. Location was ideal for what I needed and will definitely be looking to stay there again in the near future. Communication with Tracy was excellent.

Townhouse was excellent and there was nothing to dislike about the property
