Clean, well provided accommodation. The owner was very quick to respond and very helpful when I had a query.

Comfortable rooms. Good kitchen facilities & breakfast.

Road traffic noise.

Zeer schoon en het rook er lekker fris. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijne bedden, royale kamer met ruim voldoende kastruimte, tv aanwezig, een ventilator en koffie/thee, waterkoker met bisquits. Grote keuken met alles erin wat nodig is. Je kunt je eigen eten bereiden. Ruimte is geschikt om er in de avond samen te zijn. Elke dag schoonmaak. Royale pakeerplaats. Buitenzitje is tevens rookplek. 2 badkamers met wc. Bij de porch achter is nog een derde toilet. Tesco ligt direct naast de b&b. Bushalte bijna voor de deur. Echt prijs/kwaliteit wie niet noodzakelijk luxe wil.

Waterdruk was er amper. Niet handig voor iemand met lang haar. Centraal verwarming stond 24/7 te loeien. Tijdens hele warme dagen niet fijn.

Although Tracey was not at the property, she called us on arrival and was only at the end of the phone, if we had any questions. Our room was spotless. The beds were very comfy and the bedding was top quality. We had tea & coffee facilities and good quality toiletries too. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for breakfast. Assorted cereals and pastries as well as fresh fruit and milk in the fridge. A bonus was the ironing board!! For the price, we were very impressed and would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend a stay here xx Thanks Tracey 😊

The staff very nice and my checking in time was little bit late but I have request to checking my arrival time which they agreed and the breakfast facility perfect kitchen is big, and they clean regularly the property overall I am very happy about everything thank you

I went weekend music festival so the distance just little bit far 40min drive but for the price I booked it it worth .

A continental breakfast is provided in a shared kitchen. We met the landlady only once but she was very pleasant.

Our room faced a main road and it could be noisy until traffic dies down at night. This would be less of a problem at any time of year except the summer, as it was too hot at the time of year we stayed to keep the window closed. The parking at the back is a bit tricky to maneuver around. Normally there is lots of parking at the front of the house as on the street. Albeit when we were there, there was a lot of construction work nearby, and the workmen often grabbed those spaces.
