Nice simple breakfast available, great links to the city and beyond. Comfy room.

Can hear a lot around the house. Shower hot but not very powerful.

Great little place, everything we needed and the self-serve breakfast was perfect for us.

It might get a bit noisy if it's busier as the walls seemed thin and the floow creaky.

Clean comfortable the help yourself breakfast was a nice touch and what was available was a very good assortment room facilities excellent with coffee tea and biscuits in your room

Breakfast provided on help yourself basis. TV, WiFi beds good.

Ensuite bathroom was a little small. Quite a few steps up to room 6. Would have liked to have recycling bin in kitchen. Suggestion: put sign on door to kitchen / breakfast room

A very comfortable room which thankfully had a fan as it was quite warm in Aylesbury during my stay. All facilities as described and everything kept super clean. Access to the kitchen for breakfast and throughout the day was brilliant, as was the fridge stocked with cheese, yoghurt, milk, etc. There was even an iron and ironing board to iron a shirt.

Nothing could be faulted for the price.
