Die Lage

Breakfast- excellent. Location is magnificent. And the rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely balconies

It’s a bit more expensive than other home stays in the neighborhood

Grundsätzlich angenehme Lage in einer Gated Community, umgeben von Wohnhäusern und viel Grün, am Rande eines Park. Große Zimmer, angenehme Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Herausragend ist das auf Wunsch bereitete Abendessen.

Die Lage in der Nähe eines Bahnhofs bedingt permanente Hup- und Signalgeräusche von Zügen, die besonders nachts das Schlafen beeinträchtigen.

I really liked the area. The hotel is located in a separated part of the city. A small residental quarter, very clean and green. Cafes, clean shops.

There is a very big railwaystation just round the corner. If you have a weak sleep, it can disturb you a lot. There is a lot of trains going through the night.

The room was clean that is about the only positive

This looks like a hotel even from the reviews but at best it’s a 2 star B&B When we arrived was met buy one of the staff who was like a grumpy old man Was sent down to the basement where passports were photocopied and had to make payment straight away We were then shown to the room ,good size and clean but layout wasn’t we were told had to fill out a breakfast form for what we wanted and a time There is a rooftop area but if you want to eat or drink there it’s 500 rupees per person plus food and drink This place is house in a residential area it is quite at night but the curtains are so thin and there is a top window which lets all the light in from the street lights so didn’t sleep well, The air conditioning did not work and I did complain but nothing was done so had fan on but was too hot There isn’t anything around this area other than a cafe 5 minutes away other than that you need a car taxi or tuk tuk The bathroom has a bath but when you have a shower water ends up all over the floor This place was a real letdown as all the other places we stayed were good At best this place is only worth £50 uk pounds so over priced Not enough plug sockets in room so struggling to charge any thing There was a balcony outside room but warned lots of mosquitoes Breakfast was served in the room What I have put down it fact so I hope people know what they are letting them selfs into I would personally not stay here

The noise from the train kept us up at night.
