Great location near railway station(very quiet though), host was a very good communicator, dinner and breakfast sensational, clean spacious room overlooking a park, close to Humayun's tomb

Should have stayed 2 nights!

This was a great choice for our group of six. Location quiet and leafy. Easy to get to and from by uber. Lovely rooms with a big balcony. Hot shower (but make sure its switched on). Very comfy bed. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Preorder the night before. And the hotel gave a very fair rate for money changing. Overall couldn't have chosen better and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The roof terrace was a building site. It is in a private estate and tuk tuks have to drop you off ten minutes walk away

Outstanding stay My favorite spot while I’m staying InNew Delhi. The service is consistent and exceptional. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast are always delicious and generous. The area is quiet and green.

One of my favorite stay in Delhi I stayed 3 times in this hotel and the service os always outstanding. The hotel is in a very quiet and green neighborhood.

Outstanding, exceeded expectations. Clean, safe, secure, in a quiet yet centrally located part of Delhi. Good location for exploring New Delhi and talking the train to Agra. Outstanding stuff, super helpful and very attentive. Staff had good English. Good WiFi, large room, comfie beds with spacious en suite. Airport transfer was secure, safe and fast. Excellent breakfast. They also have a restaurant onsite too... just order a few hours in advance and they go out, buy the ingredients and cook it fresh. Big portions, tasty and honest home cooked food. Highly recommend it!

Nothing, keep up the good work

A very good hotel with extremely friendly staff and a helpful manager. Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the breakfast is nice and varied. The location is excellent, in a safe area near a park and one of the best sightseeing spots in Delhi — Humayun’s Tomb.

There is a train station somewhere near the hotel - sound from it can disturb you in the night.

This Guesthouse is perfectly located to explore South Delhi in a quiet neighborhood. The view of Humayun Tomn from the terrace is beautiful The staff do their best

It is really felt this property has become a cash machine for its owners. The property, once new and well kept, is not receiving quality maintenance nor service. Costs are kept to the minimum and it is really felt. From the quality of breakfast ingredients (poor), the lack of options for a fairly expensive place, the same staff doing their best but with no qualification asked to be the 24/7 security guard the go to person the host, and the apparently low paid staff As always upon arrival it is explicit that cash is preferred to card and an attempt to bill 3% extra if card payment is made, is happening. In short a superb location, a once beautiful property. Which severely lacks customer focus and maintenance. When I kindly asked to have my breakfast on the terrace w a view to Humayun Tomb, I was said it was impossible as other guests were there. I insisted and I had it there, no guest was there but instead the once pristine terrace had turned into a ill-kept platform with no proper dining area
