Happy Beach Resort

Location, location.

Unless you get ghe budget room, its a good hotel, rooms with see view are nice, but budget... I preferred not to stay. Buy very nice owner helped us cancel without fines. 🌹

Given the price we paid for the accommodation we were very impressed! The rooms were good, it was right on the beach in a good location and the staff were fantastic and made us a decent breakfast! I'd recommend it if you're traveling on a budget!

Very relaxing stay on a private section of beach a short walk from the main area. Excellent breakfast each morning and special mention to Tharuk who was always most helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel has its own little beach which made for a lovely view at breakfast and at sunset. About 20mins walk to Dalawella and Unawatuna beaches and main restaurants. Powerful and hot shower. Tharuk was welcoming and a very good host, he was very helpful with finding out transportation times for me. Bus stop within a matter of seconds from the property.

The room I was in was facing the main road and was very noisy, particularly at night.
