Excellent location, facilities and breakfast.

Can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

The quality was high, beautiful towels, large bathroom area. All facilities are in the room are good - very close to the main area of the town. Gardens are lovely, and peaceful to look out onto. Breakfast is very generous- I don’t think I will eat again today! The host was excellent, met on our arrival and guided us through.

Everything was spot on, nothing we didn’t like.

Location had easy walking to restaurants and pubs - breakfast was very good and accomodating - the touch of chocolate & evening treats was appreciated - generally enjoyed the stay & hosts were great.

Lovely property with everything you need and more.

Robert was welcoming and gave an intro to the amenities of the property and encouraged their use loke the sitting room, the yard, and the shed with the pool room. He had great area knowledge which he was glad to share. The residence was perfectly situated for the Isle of May boat, a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good.
