Very comfortable clean property with a great location in town. The breakfast was first class to top off a fun and relaxing evening.

Nothing - wish we could have stayed longer but we had other travel reservations to get too.

Absolutely loved our time here. Our hosts Chris and Janet were welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our room was perfect and breakfast was absolutely the most filling, delicious and healthy breakfast we've had at a B&B ever. Everything on the plate was farm to table and the variety and combination of flavors and foods were mouthwatering and visually appealing. We will definitely stay here again if we're in Roanoke.

Everything. The location and outside space was great, room was cozy as advertised, breakfasts were incredible, shared kitchen space was super convenient. The hosts were amazing and had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Chris and Jayne were excellent! We ran a little late due to traffic and kept them up to date. They were very welcoming when we arrived. The room we stayed in was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing! Each morning it was set up for us and a note card telling what our breakfast included. Everything was homemade (delicious). When we left, Chris gave us an alternate route for our next destination that was for more scenic and less traffic. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

"This is the best bed & breakfast we have ever stayed in!"

We loved everything! The house is beautiful. The place was spotless and well decorated. The breakfast was phenomenal and food network worthy. However, the best part was the incredible above and beyond service we received. We were rushing checking in to make it to a concert. Our hosts checked us in quickly, made scones for us to eat on the way to the venue, and gave us recommendations for late night restaurants after the concert. We were so well taken care of! We will definitely return!

Hosts were amazing! Breakfasts were wonderful! Location close to downtown and Mill Mountain.

Close to town brought with it a little road noise.
