"Charming cottage B&B hidden above Bakewell a short walk into town."

Lovely room in a great cottage a short walk from the center of Bakewell. Very quiet and excellent cooked breakfast that set up each day.

Slightly hard to find the driveway, and then parking and turning were not always easy.

"A pleasant stay for our cycle trip. Would have been nice to have a safe place for our road bikes."

Lovely location , we were able to walk into town, a delicious , well cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Room was very comfortable with a well equipped bathroom. A very good shower too.

"Birthday treat for my partner and our stay made it very memorable for all the right reasons."

The location was spot on for us - tucked away with beautiful views and only the sound of nature. Easy parking and just a short walk to the river and Bakewell centre. The breakfasts were excellently cooked by Ivan and very generous.

There wasn't anything we didn't like and would certainly recommend Gardener's Cottage to family and friends.
