"Relaxing B&B heart of Bakewell"

A beautiful cottage with a short walk to town centre. Very comfortable and welcoming. Stunning garden and woodland. Great choice at breakfast. Host was lovely and hus staff.

"Perfect break!"

Everything! We enjoyed a lovely well needed break. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The shower was good. Stunning views from the breakfast room. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and a lovely atmosphere. We hope to return. Thank you Ivan.

"Very Good"

Very clean and tidy.

For various reasons we didn't see the info about having to wear slippers until we arrived. It made us feel very self conscious and was clearly an issue for all the guests who immediately checked everyone else's feet as they walked in for breakfast. Not overly keen on being allocated a breakfast time slot. Whilst we can appreciate it makes things easier to manage, it was a bit restrictive. Bed was a bit on the soft side for our liking but others may prefer that.
