Room was comfortable. Host was very accommodating and helpful Lovely variety of breakfast cereal, jams and toast. Lots of options for tea an coffee. Fruit if wanted. Parking free was a great.

The road where the house was situated was very busy.

"Convenient for a short visit."

Location was great for Chichester; we walked along canal into town. Buses were also available, either into town or to the Witterings on the coast. Breakfast was help yourself cold buffet with plenty of options. The bedroom was clean and well furnished though not large.

Sharing bathroom/toilet with guests in two other rooms was the only drawback. A separate toilet would have been handy. There was no handbasin or tap in either bedroom or kitchenette.
