Excellent modern accommodation wiith separate lounge and bedroom area. Very friendly and helpful host and great choice of continental breakfast. Quiet area but close to amenities , major roads and attractions. Super value

Spotless and comfortable, with a lovely friendly hostess.

Nothing to dislike, but a cutlery fork would have been useful for the ready meals I cooked in the microwave.

"I needed quiet clean lodgings in the area and this suited me perfectly."

Very clean , private, warm and comfortable. Convenient parking, extremely quiet neighbourhood. Songbirds at the feeders. Breakfast is serve yourself which suited me. Well appointed.

It was perfect with nothing that needed to be improved.
