Quiet location

Could hear the residents talking, not what that said.

Very comfortable. Breakfast was good

Could not fault my stay, facilities are to a very high standard, spotlessly clean, great selection of breakfast items, shower great and bed very comfy, great sleep

The location was perfect- very quiet yet accessible by public transport too. The welcome was warm and Sheena was very helpful in suggesting local interests. The beds and rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was more than ample. The facilities were spotless and modern and there was nothing more that we could wish for. We would go back in a heartbeat! We felt that the price for this quality of accommodation was extremely reasonable.

There was nothing that could be improved.

sheena is very welcoming and friendly. her garden is beautiful!

Very comfortable and well equipped. Sheena had thought of everything. Liked the wee sitting room. There's nothing worse than having to sit on the bed all the time. Felt like home from home.

Didn't like having to leave my dirty dishes sitting until the next morning if I've had something to eat in the evening
