The cleanliness ,the breakfast ,the comfort of the beds, everything really.

No complaints at all ,would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want a large hotel. !

Liked having separate sitting area. Very quiet. Nice decor and soft furnishings. Lovely host.

Found beds and pillows to be rather hard but others may find them fine. The opportunity to order a cooked breakfast would have been appreciated.

Immaculately clean rooms and comfortable beds. The owner was lovely and this was a great base for a day trip to Edinburgh.

It was all good really. The surrounding area is very quiet so you'll have to travel if you want a meal or shop, but those were our plans anyway.

Property was very clean and quiet.

This is a really great place to stay! The plus point is the separate adjoining room with armchairs, TV (in addition to a TV in the bedroom!) and small dining area. The whole place is immaculate. The fridge has lots of unexpected goodies in it, and there is a toaster and microwave, together with a hospitality tray. Parking is available on Sheena's driveway. Melrose, a pretty little place, is just down the road if you need a restaurant, a coffee shop, giftshops, groceries or petrol. [And Melrose Abbey and Abbotsford House are a stone's throw away.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great stay! Breakfast was lovely and Sheena was able to accommodate perfectly to my allergies. If we're visiting Tweedbank again we'll definitely stay here!
