Staff were really nice wish I could of stayed longer was with my daughter aged 11 and she loved having her own space in the room ..

There was nothing bad about it !

The place was in a lovely location near to Winchester. The bed was comfortable and great food in the restaurant

There was some confusion when we arrived to check in and not enough provisions in the room although I rang shortly after I booked it. Some areas of the accommodation required some decorating (Not a big issue but worth mentioning when you are charging that amount) Overall an expensive stay especially with the lack of proper breakfast.

We were cycling King Alfred's Way, and the staff were very good at accommodating our late arrival, only just in time to order dinner. However, they were amazing, very friendly and happy to make sure we could eat as we'd had a long day on the bike. Thank you.

Toilet shower can be better.

The Dolphin Inn is a great little pub, with excellent beer and food, and the staff were friendly.

The accommodation is a bit tired. Ripped Lino in the bathroom, the bathroom didn’t lock, and needed a shoulder to open it once shut. Peeling paint on bathroom wall and mould in shower. Bed was not very comfortable, and room generally needed an uplift. I thought I had booked a bed a breakfast, however breakfast was “takeaway” which I didn’t find out about until after I had booked and consisted of 2 cellophane wrapped croissants between 2 people. Finally there was no one around when I came to check out at 8:30am and had to resort to posting the key through the pub letterbox.
