Hursley Rooms - The Dolphin

Location was good, perfect for families. Nice and tidy, comfy beds. Kids loved it. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Very comfortable bed. Tea making facility including mini fridge & fresh milk. Croissants provided for breakfast on 1st morning only. We had a lovely meal on the Saturday evening with generous portions for both starters & main course, so generous we had no room for puddings. Excellent value.

Poor hot water pressure. No staff on premises later in the evening or before 10:00am in the morning.

The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. A take away breakfast was provided, which we didn't expect as breakfast wasn't included / available. Staff all friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent

Love room for 2 adults 2 kids. Staff very friendly lovely pub attached. Handy for park and ride for Xmas Market .

Liked the pub next door and plenty of space in the apartment. The breakfast basket was a nice touch. Owner let us check in early to make the most of our day and was very friendly. Lovely converted barn with some original beams.

Shower was not the best- it was wobbly and came apart. The two bedrooms were basically open plan with no privacy inbetween. Not an issue for close family but could be for couples. Apart from that, the stay was lovely.

Lovely facility, nicer than it appears in photos. Comfortable, clean and well maintained. Will certainly be booking again next year. Highly recommended

Room wasn't serviced in the three nights we were there- bins not even emptied or cups cleaned - we had to try clean cups in the bathroom sink, did eventually get clean cups when we asked bar staff for replacements 'Breakfast to go' was hit and miss- plenty the first morning (as was already in the room) then only received 3 porridge pots the second morning (for a family of four) and nothing the third
