Great location loverly breakfast

Relaxing environment Everything was great quality Staff were fantastic, from owner James to housekeeper Norma and trainee Sido (hope I spelled that right!)

James makes sure everything is perfect. There is nothing that has not been thought of. The facilities are excellent. It's suitable for long stays. There is a corner to work and I used the high tech TV as a screen. The breakfast is amazing, thank you Norma. The pool area is fantastic. We spent a lot of time watching the birds in the tropical garden around the pool.

I cannot think of anything that can possibly be improved.

Centrally located for restaurants and bars, 1 minute walk to the main street. Lovely garden with small pool for warm days, parking in secure area right next to entrance.

Petit Ermitage must be the best B&B that my wife and I have ever experienced. We had an apartment with every facility imaginable plus private garden and pool. James, the owner, and Norma were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was five star. Secure parking was provided

Nothing...near perfection

Amazing place to stay in Franschhoek! James was a great host and made our stay very enjoyable.

Really exceptional accomodation, James, the host is unbelievable friendly and helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The flat (it’s a flat rather than a room) is spacious and clean, there’s a privat wine bar and wine fridge, even a small kitchen and even a private pool. Breakfast is incredible! It’s very close to all the restaurants and shops. We’ve been to a lot of Guesthouses in recent years, but this is by far the best!

There’s literally nothing to complain about

Fantastic living room / bedroom apartment with private access to parking space and swimming pool. Great location close the main street but beautifully quiet. The host was very welcoming.

Nothing the accommodation was perfect

I can’t recommend staying here enough! We had the most incredible time. James is the absolute best host we have ever had. He was so kind and generous with his time. The room was very clean, the bed sheets smelled so clean and fresh. The breakfast provided was also top notch. I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m back in Franchoek. I was very appreciative of all of James’ recommendations on what to do while in town.
