Everything Perfect, both room and food ! Will definitely come back again and again!

The room was comfortable and the guest house is in a quiet location on the edge of town. Fresh towels every alternate day. Good breakfast, I especially liked the home-made granola yogurt pots.

Breakfast was really very nice as was the service.

I think for the price point things were as expected. The house and grounds would benefit from renovation but this didn't detract from our experience for the money paid.

The location to town just enough away from the weekend noise but close enough to walk too! Parking was ample and rooms clean and spacious! Breakfast was lovely lots of choice!

Not a lot of hanging for outdoor coats in the room.

The overall ambience of the place was super nice - tasteful decorations, our room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious. The owner was very nice and he gave us recommendations for pubs and walks, he was very keen to help. The location was also great with short walk away from the Ambleside town centre.

Our room was v cold. I appreciate it must be hard to heat such a huge building, but the radiators in our room were turned on only for a period of time throughout the day and it wasn't enough.
