Such a lovely homely property. Lana was so helpful before arrival about where to eat in the evening. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the room was lovely.

The room was a good size with a double bed, single and en suite bathroom. It had a view of the garden and the rolling hills. Lovely location and a great half way point to Scotland.

"Lovely, friendly all i needed stay"

very friendly hosts, great breakfast, beautiful location. Everything is needed for a night stopover.

Could hear everyone else in property, not a problem for me, but if you are a light sleeper or you have a reactive dog ( dog that might bark at noises in house) it might be a problem.
