Maison Perrier will ensure that someone is on-site to greet arrivals. If an unforeseen delay is encountered, or guests are arriving earlier than initially anticipated, they should text or call the property owner at 504-352-2821 prior to the start of their original check-in window, and the staff will readjust in order to meet with them. Incoming guests are still welcome to arrive early, get their check-in paperwork completed, stow their luggage on-site, and property staff will move the luggage to the room while they are out enjoying their day. Rooms are guaranteed to be turned and ready no later than 3:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Nice building, beautiful common rooms, great light. The location was perfect for us, in a beautiful and tranquil neighborhood away from the more touristic spots, we were able to walk to the French quarter (1h) and to Audubon park (1h). Although away from the more touristic areas, this hotel is 5 min walking from excellent restaurants like the La Petite Grocery in Magazine st, which was so convenient. Our hosts were great, knowledgeable for the city, gave daily suggestions for dining and music events, went above and beyond to be flexible with a late check out request and were very professional trying to serve our breakfast warm and accommodate any preferences making us feel like guests in their house. Our room was cleaned daily with a lot of attention to detail such as replenishing shampoos before we needed them etc We really liked spending time on the porch outside our room in the morning

The mattress seemed a little dated (although we had no problem sleeping).

The staff is exceptionally welcoming and professional. The room and bathroom are large and comfy. The coffee is very good.

A minor detail that could be improved is the hairdryer, not suitable for long hair.

Een prachtige stijlvolle kamer met badkamer, dicht bij de st Charlesavenu, waarvandaan veel delen van de stad makkelijk en goedkoop te bereiken valt. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en gastheer en gastdame. Op elke vraag werd er efficiënt geantwoord. Een aanrader. Als ik weer in New Orleans zou komen, hoop ik dat er weer een kamer voor ons beschikbaar zal zijn.

Tom und Patrizia sind so wundervoll! Das Haus ist super sauber, hat einen wundervollen Scham und liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend ist aber super gelegen. Wenn wir wieder nach New Orleans kommen werden wir wieder hier buchen.
