Please note a deposit in the amount of 1 night's rate will be charged at time of booking. Please contact the property in advance of the scheduled arrival day with a one hour time-window to serve as a check-in appointment (for example, 3:00 to 4:00 PM). Maison Perrier will ensure that someone is on-site to greet arrivals. If an unforeseen delay is encountered, or guests are arriving earlier than initially anticipated, they should text or call the property owner at 504-352-2821 prior to the start of their original check-in window, and the staff will readjust in order to meet with them. Incoming guests are still welcome to arrive early, get their check-in paperwork completed, stow their luggage on-site, and property staff will move the luggage to the room while they are out enjoying their day. Rooms are guaranteed to be turned and ready no later than 3:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Tom und Patricia standen stetig bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Jeden Morgen gab es Tipps per WhatsApp. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Man kommt gut mit der Straßenbahn ins Zentrum. Für manche Unternehmungen sollte man allerdings ein Auto haben. Eine sehr ruhige und sehr sichere Lage.

Die tägliche Bestellung des Frühstücks ist gewöhnungsbedürftig

Accueil très chaleureux de Tom et Patricia. Ils nous ont donné de précieux conseils pour nos visites. Nous y étions durant Halloween et ils ont prêté à nos enfants un panier citrouille pour aller à la chasse aux bonbons ! La maison est très jolie, dans un quartier calme, idéal pour les familles. On s'y gare facilement. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et avec des patisseries différentes chaque jour. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et le lit king size confortable.

L'emplacement du B&B était dans un très joli quartier, calme et dégagé de l'axe principal ce qui permettait de bien dormir le matin. Très peu de bruit dans la demeure malgré le fait que 9 chambres accueillaient des vacanciers. Le petit déjeuner était extra : un choix varié, pas gras, très équilibré et nos hôtes se sont montrés adorables toute la semaine.

Absolument rien. Tout était parfait.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Gastgeber und Personal sehr nett freundlich zuvorkommend. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Lage war schön ruhig. Einfach alles klasse.

Situated in a safe quiet residential area of beautiful traditional properties. Easy access to the street cars and Magazine Street. Extremely attentive and friendly hosts offering a wonderful breakfast. A great base for your stay in New Orleans
