Please note that this property does not have a 24-hour front desk, therefore all check-ins are conducted by appointment. Please contact the property directly with estimated time of arrival. The property should be contacted directly to discuss availability of rooms that would accommodate families traveling with children, infants, or any additional occupants beyond base double-occupancy. Please note a deposit in the amount of 1 night's rate will be charged at time of booking. Please contact the property in advance of the scheduled arrival day with a one hour time-window to serve as a check-in appointment (for example, 3:00 to 4:00 PM). Maison Perrier will ensure that someone is on-site to greet arrivals. If an unforeseen delay is encountered, or guests are arriving earlier than initially anticipated, they should text or call the property owner at 504-352-2821 prior to the start of their original check-in window, and the staff will readjust in order to meet with them. Incoming guests are still welcome to arrive early, get their check-in paperwork completed, stow their luggage on-site, and property staff will move the luggage to the room while they are out enjoying their day. Rooms are guaranteed to be turned and ready no later than 3:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Tom & Patricia were outstanding hosts! Between them and the accommodations we felt right at home. The balcony and breakfast were highlights, as was Tom’s daily music event updates. They were great at pointing us exactly where we wanted to go.

"Feels like home, in all the best ways."

Terrific location, basically between St Charles and Magazine, very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were full of local information, gracious with check in, breakfast, and kindness. This was a fun location for the event we were attending.

Nothing to dislike.

Wow!!! Es ist so unfassbar wundervoll dort! Tom und Patricia sind die Hausherren und so unglaublich hilfsbereit. Tom bereitet jeden tag musik Empfehlungen auf. Frühstück kann man sich aufs zimmer bringen lassen. Es hat alles so unfassbar viel Charme und Herz! Die Zimmer sind wundervoll! Das Bett ist super bequem. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank in der Küche den man mit nutzen kann.

Rein gar nichts, es ist rund um perfekt!

Having never really stayed at a proper B&B before, I will make sure to always do so from now on! The hosts Tom and Patricia were incredibly welcoming and gracious with their time. We were given countless excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the local area. The daily breakfasts included a fantastic range of items and the service was warm and attentive. The room was lovely and spacious, and the property was beautifully kept. We felt very lucky to come home to the Maison Perrier every evening after a day of exploring!

Nothing at all - we were really impressed with the entire package!

The facilities were gorgeous and tastefully decorated. Just perfect for a B&B in New Orleans. Tom and Patricia were incredible hosts, recommending wonderful restaurants and bars, always going the extra mile!

"We had a wonderful stay and will definately stay again."

Masion Perrier was close to or had easy access to everything we were interested in. We were able to walk to several good restaurants from our location and the street car was close by. Breakfast was just right with good coffee and wonderful pastries. Tom and Patricia along with Eileen were so welcoming and were a wealth of information. Loved the wide porch and chairs for sitting. It was a wonderful experience!

No complaints whatsoever.
