Please note that this property does not have a 24-hour front desk, therefore all check-ins are conducted by appointment. Please contact the property directly with estimated time of arrival. The property should be contacted directly to discuss availability of rooms that would accommodate families traveling with children, infants, or any additional occupants beyond base double-occupancy. Please note a deposit in the amount of 1 night's rate will be charged at time of booking. Please contact the property in advance of the scheduled arrival day with a one hour time-window to serve as a check-in appointment (for example, 3:00 to 4:00 PM). Maison Perrier will ensure that someone is on-site to greet arrivals. If an unforeseen delay is encountered, or guests are arriving earlier than initially anticipated, they should text or call the property owner at 504-352-2821 prior to the start of their original check-in window, and the staff will readjust in order to meet with them. Incoming guests are still welcome to arrive early, get their check-in paperwork completed, stow their luggage on-site, and property staff will move the luggage to the room while they are out enjoying their day. Rooms are guaranteed to be turned and ready no later than 3:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great hosts took care of every detail and accommodated our late check in on a Friday evening."

Room was spacious and comfortable. Hosts (Tom and Patricia) went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Location was super in the Garden District and close to the St Charles streetcar line and Magazine street. We didn’t need a car for our 4 day stay. Breakfast was great. Menu was flexible and the availability was substantial. Coffee was ready in the morning ahead of breakfast. Eating area was quiet and comfortable. HIghly recommend for a easy stay in NOLA.

A minor complaint was the heat in our room was not easily adjustable and the primary control was shared by others on our floor who liked it warmer at night than we prefer.

Located very close to MardiGras parade routes. Beautiful home with attentive hosts Patricia and Tom who made our stay that much more enjoyable. Great personalized breakfast each morning. Hopefully we’ll be able to return again soon. Highly recommend.

Tom and Patricia and the staff were great hosts. The food and service were wonderful. The inn itself is quite comfortable and quiet in a great location.

I arrived under the cover of darkness and was instantly blown way. Tom greeted me upon arrival and was happy to spend time giving me advice and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. My room was very inviting and had everything I need for a comfortable stay, the building was beautiful inside and out and had some very charming features. It was Christmas when I arrived so the living areas were decorated and the Christmas tree was like something out of a movie. Patricia and the team baked homemade goodies everyday for breakfast and cookies were available all days. Tome and Patricia have a lovely place and everywhere was clean and tidy, I'd definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality *****
