Anne-Marie and John were lovely welcoming hosts, we really enjoyed meeting them. They gave us some very useful tips eg where to eat, places to visit etc. Our room was very comfortable and Anne-Marie made us lovely breakfasts! Would definitely recommend staying here.

It is set in a quiet position only about 5 minutes from Invercargill. Anne-Marie was so kind and helpful. Her breakfast was amazing.

There wasn’t much to not like.

This is a lovely B&B on a farm on the edge of Invercargill. There is only one guest bedroom which is a beautiful ground floor double room with its own private entrance, and which is furnished and equipped to a luxury standard. Anne-Marie, the host, was very welcoming and very helpful throughout. She served us with an excellent varied breakfast.

Liked that we sat with our hosts and chatted.
