"Perfect."

Very quiet location close to the town centre. We asked for a quiet room and the garden studio under the patio area was ideal. Elizabetta is a perfect host and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. Also she let me keep my motorcycle in the back garden. Breakfast was excellent.

"Sehr gute Wahl für Ascoli Piceno"

Die Unterkunft ist ein ehemaliges Kloster. Entsprechend cool ist das Ambiente. Das Zimmer war klein aber sehr sauber und wir hatten einen tollen großen Balkon mit mega Ausblick auf die Stadt. In das historische Zentrum braucht man zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Parken in der Straße war unproblematisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Es gab ein schönes, leckeres Frühstück mit verschiedener Auswahl unter dem Säulengang.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

"Ascoli Piceno Priori stay"

Beautiful old building( ?old convent, priori), just outside historical centre, short walk over Beautiful river Tranto(so clean we saw trout, and interesting birds) Very comfortable bed, bathroom shower, kitchenette,[fridge, gas stove)sunny balcony, to enjoy the view. Beautiful wisteria climbing up the building Very restful, quiet, charming hostess and staff.So helpful and kind Super breakfast

"Fantastic hotel!"

This hotel is a hidden oasis in Ascoli Piceno. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hostess was very accommodating even though our family visit lasted too long and we arrived late. Breakfast was fabulous. Walking distance to good restaurants in piazza dei popoli
