Staff cordiale, paziente e presente. Luogo incantevole e camera pulita e munita di tutto il necessario.

The place was newly renovated in a large preserved house. The rooms were clean, fresh and spacious. Location wise, it is situated just across the river from the old town centre. That meant we didn't have to drive through narrow streets and possibility ZTL to get to it. There is a carpark just across the street which made it very convenient. Breakfast included both Italian and English options. The breakfast place is in an old conserve cosy kitchen beautifully decorated in a room in the "garden" next to the river (sadly there's no view of the river). The food was excellent, after days of having the cold Italian breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful.

There was one stair case to climb to get up to our rooms. Secondly, the rooms looked out to the streets and not to the river. Apart from that there really isn't any downside to the place. Totally suitable for an overnight stay to visit the city. The city is still being rebuilt from the destruction of the quake a decade ago.

Ottima posizione. Splendidi gli spazi comuni. Abbiamo cambiato due sistemazioni nella residenza: la seconda aveva uno splendido affaccio, come ci aspettavamo; la prima invece affacciava sulla strada, su case grige.....

Leuke B&B op loop afstand Ascoli Piceno. Parkeren bijna voor de deur. Goed ontbijt, aardige ontvangst (leuke tips over waar te eten). Prima appartementje met klein balkon en uitzicht op de stadsmuren.

La struttura è molto bella, l'appartamento grande, comodo e con una terrazza verso le mura della città. Il centro è a pochi minuti a piedi e abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio gratuito nella stessa strada. Eccellente la gentilezza del personale e della proprietaria, ottima la colazione. Un bellissimo glicine in fioritura che si arrampica sulla casa completa le tante note positive.
