We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and so is the property. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Our breakfast was delicious. The homemade yoghurt was the best one I have ever tried - delicate and creamy. You can see the Roman bridge from the property and hear the river. The walk to the city centre took us less than 10 minutes. The property is secure as well due to being gated.

We have nothing to suggest in terms of improvements. Our stay was exactly what he hoped it would be. Thank you.

Elisabeth was incredibly hospitable, offering traditional American breakfast of egg and meat, or more regionally local selections of homemade pastry. She made chocolate chip breakfast loaf, jam filled croissants, the selection was different every morning. Our apartment was a bit chilly during the rainy periods, but when the sun came out you could open all the windows and doors and enjoy the birds, churchbells, and enjoy the scent of a wood fireplace chimney heating the kitchen for your breakfast seating. This booking was walkable to the post office, several dining options and many piazzas and churches.

Closest airport was 3 hour drive.

Bella struttura vicina al centro storico , nulla da eccepire per quanto riguarda la pulizia della stanza , la disponibilità della proprietaria è la buona colazione. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento superior in compagnia del nostro cane senza nessun problema.

Cii siamo potuti fermare solo un giorno: peccato!Personale gentile e disponibile. Ambiente pulito. Uno dei migliori letti che ho trovato nelle B&B, materasso eccezionale. Colazione ottima. Lungo la strada si trova facilmente un parcheggio inoltre è a due passi dal centro storico. Ascoli Piceno è una bella città: proprio una sorpresa. Grazie dell'ospitalità.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal,uitstekende ligging om het mooie Ascoli te voet te verkennen of om 's avonds te gaan eten,de grootte van het appartement
