"A great way to visit Ascoli Piceno if you don’t want to stay within the Centro Storico."

A historic property directly across the river from Ascoli Piceno via a Roman bridge. A clean quiet cottage on the grounds of an ancient convent. Our host was charming, helpful and breakfast each morning on the veranda was fantastic. Highly recommended.

"A lovely place to stay where nothing is too much trouble."

The property was in a really good location very close to the old town. The building is an old Convent with lots of traditional features. The better rooms are away from the busy road and offer lovely views of the city. The staff are exceptional and very attentive… breakfasts are superb.

Nothing, it’s a charming B&B.
