Supernette Gastgeberin und Personal, hübsches Anwesen und schöner Garten, Wäscheständer vorhanden. Unsere Terrasse war auch super und groß:) Leckeres Frühstück, tolle Lage!

Leider kein Mückenschutz bei vielen Mücken, so dass wir mit geschlossenem Fenster und (lauter) Klimaanlage geschlafen haben. Kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon. Leicht muffiger Geruch im Zimmer. Dusche in die Jahre gekommen und Schimmelfleck an der Decke des Badezimmers.

Ein wunderschönes Gebäude oberhalb des Flusses Tronto mit gemütlichen, gut ausgestatteten Apartments. Über die Brücke ist man sofort in der Altstadt. Traumhaft ist die Terrasse, auf der wir oft und lange gesessen sind. Das Frühstück ist lecker und reichhaltig, je nach Wunsch süß und/oder salzig. Elisabetta ist eine wunderbare, herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Very quiet location close to the town centre. We asked for a quiet room and the garden studio under the patio area was ideal. Elizabetta is a perfect host and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. Also she let me keep my motorcycle in the back garden. Breakfast was excellent.

"Sehr gute Wahl für Ascoli Piceno"

Die Unterkunft ist ein ehemaliges Kloster. Entsprechend cool ist das Ambiente. Das Zimmer war klein aber sehr sauber und wir hatten einen tollen großen Balkon mit mega Ausblick auf die Stadt. In das historische Zentrum braucht man zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Parken in der Straße war unproblematisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Es gab ein schönes, leckeres Frühstück mit verschiedener Auswahl unter dem Säulengang.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.
