Excellent accommodation in terms of the room, the property, the view, as well as Andrew and Penny's accommodation and welcoming nature. Beautiful breakfast, beautiful views. Very lucky to have been able to stay here and experience this amazing space.

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis : Andrew a pris le temps de discuter longuement avec nous et nous a préparé un délicieux petit-déjeuner ! ​Penny nous a fait découvrir sa magnifique propriété, ses superbes roses et son jardin . Un grand merci également pour la rencontre avec leurs chiens très attachants et tous leurs animaux qu'ils aiment, protègent et recueillent avec tant de dévouement. Un séjour inoubliable que nous conseillons sans hésitation !"

This is a hosted stay - you are booking a room in the host house. The hosts are very nice and accommodating, but if you are not looking for a hosted stay this is not the accom for you. The gardens were lovely, the hosts friendly, the room comfortable.

There is no mention in the advertising anywhere that this is a hosted stay - you are booking a room in the host house, using the bathroom and facilities.
