Close to Town

No welcome, small risky room, mold everywhere, no door locks, smelling bathroom, no linen, hard bed and pillows, no morning tea or any services offered by host. Ridiculous ! Never again.

Hot water in the shower.

Way too expensive for the room.

Got the job done.

The shower was cold and the location wasn’t ideal, the room we were in didn’t have the charging port we needed so had to use one elsewhere. Bed was a bit firmer than elsewhere in Sri Lanka.

Only thing nice was the view

Location is tough with lots of steps to bring luggage down. Bathroom is a safety hazard as water heater failed. For price paid, expected more like television and microwave. Little bit smelly. Listing info is incorrect.

awesome view from terrasse and from rooms, decent rooms and bath, lovely house and perfect location, close to haputale train station and on the road to liptons seat, easy to reach with the scooter, the host was wunderful, we got great food in the evening and had an inspiring conversation. Thank you!

Very nice friendly person. They make really good breakfast and in the evening they made a very nice dinner soup and the day after a curry. Price was correct for what we had. The only attention point is the small bed. It was not comfortable. The big bed was perfect.

Pleasant and affordable accommodation. Host very friendly with lots of information about nearby attractions. Excellent dinner.

Super nice guesthouse with very friendly host and excellent breakfast. Nicely located, close to the center, with great view from the rooms and the dining room. I strongly recommend this place.

The food was good. The staff made sure everything was ok . The view was amazing. It is the perfect place to stop in the mountains on the way to the south of the Island.
