Very friendly and social host who gave tips on what to do in the area. The breakfast was generous and view was amazing. We did have some mist.

The hotel is downhill with a considerate staircase. Fortunately they helped us bring our suitcases down. The room could use a refresher layer of paint.

I liked the location and the views but I particularly enjoyed the conversations with the owner, Naleef, who is a mine of information about the locality and Sri Lanka. He also provided practical help,driving me to a local vegetable farm that I was interested in. The food in the evenings was varied and excellent. A really enjoyable stay.

Perfect location and the host helped us to plan all our activities. Very beautiful rooms with a wonderful view.

One bed was quite uncomfortable and because of the humid climate it is difficult to dry your clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay, the host is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of information on walks and places to see. He is very kind. On the first night we arrived late and it was raining. He organised a pick up from the train station, saving us the trouble of walking up the hill in the rain. He can arrange a good tuktuk driver at a fair price to Horton Plains National park and local areas. The breakfast is delicious too, and amazing view from the dining area The room is basic. The shower in our room was hot but shower pressure is weak so only a small amount of water, allow plenty of time for your shower. The bed is comfy. Beautiful quiet area which we loved.

The views were amazing, the location is walking distance to the train station, the staff was very helpful and helped me plan my time. Totally recommend.
