I had a great stay here. It has a great matras and the location is nice. Lots of birds , gecko's and you can even see monkey's. The host and his dogs are awesome and I will definitely return

We had a pleasant 5-night stay at Elephant & Castle.. We slept very well in the bungalow. It was spacious, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was comfortable. Great value for money! The location is central, making it easy to explore the island. Additionally, there are many excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Saving the best for last… The hosts, John and his wife, are kind and genuine. We had a great time talking with John and he provided us with several recommendations and tips about the island. Really fun and helpful host. The bungalow is clean, has an a/c, a fridge and light-blocking curtains. I slept really well there. It is situated on a slope in a small forest. I really enjoyed sitting on the bungalow porch in the morning and listening to the manifold sounds of the forest. There's dogs on the property but they are very well natured and trained. A supermarket, beach restaurants and coffee Shops as well as a really nice vegan Restaurant are just a short walk away. If you want to go to White Sands beach theres small Busses running all the time that you just wave at from the roadside. They take you there for 50 thb per person. We found that very convenient. Theres a stone beach very near by. If you Plan to swim there you might want to bring water shoes. About a 20 mins walk away is coconut beach, a nice sand beach. All in all a great place to stay if you're on a budget. We really enjoyed it there and were sad to leave.

Come for the spacious bungalows, the peace and quietness, the comfy beds... Stay for the fantastic hospitality, ridiculous banter and beery conversations with Chelsea John aka. Brick Top.

Lovely place. Just out of the way for peace and quiet but only a few minutes on a bike or 15 minute walk to all shops, bars, beach etc.

Exceptional Value, Facilities were top notch, in a quiet, central location on Koh Chang. Spacious, Clean, Comfortable Room Owner was awesome and super friendly, truly made you feel at home. Went above and beyond taking care of all my needs. No Hassels, just good times, thanks John for a great visit.
