Was a lovely rural location with ample parking. Jenny the host and her lovely dogs were perfect hosts and the room was spacious and light. Big bathroom and a great breakfast choice. Comfy bed!

Jenny was a very nice lady, a lovely location, and a very clean and relaxed atmosphere. but I could not fault it, if you like dogs, there are two most adorable dogs you can meet

very nice rural B&B. Very kindly received by Jenny and her 2 dogs. We immediately felt at ease. Very spacious room with large bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchenette with refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast was good and ready in the refrigerator. We stayed 2 nights and booked the same night for our trip in September. Bed was large and comfortable

The room was a good size, the location was lovely, the host was friendly.

The accommodation had a very musty smell. The room/bathroom was absolutely filthy (by some distance, the dirtiest B&B I have ever stayed in. The (self-service) breakfast was very limited, and there was no cooked option, despite the description on the booking.com website saying "very good breakfast". For example, the coffee maker made lukewarm coffee (so I didn't drink it). And there were croissants in a packet, which had heating instructions on them, but there was nowhere to heat the croissants. The crockery was dirty, but the sink (the only one was in the bathroom) was shockingly filthy and full of scum. I couldn't face eating breakfast in that filthy environment, so just left without touching it. The toothbrush holder in the bathroom was also full of slimy scum, the base of the toilet was dirty and there was a long hair and a dead insect on the toilet lid. The carpet in the bedroom had lots of stains on it, and there were loads of dead insects, especially under the bed.

The room was very spacious and beautifully appointed. The king size bed was snuggly with quality linen The property is in a quiet country lane but close to facilities. I will be back when next I visit the UK from Australia
