Thatched Cottage

Excellent on all counts.

The room was immaculate and cosy, we felt at home straight away. The bed and linen was so comfortable we both slept well and enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. We also loved the bathroom with the elegant free standing bath and excellent products and scent. The host was really accommodating and took care of us after a long day of travelling, offering to drive us to the local pub for dinner which was delicious. It was the best place we stayed in on our long weekend and would recommend this property!

Location was out of this world although a little hard to get to, narrow roads and high hedges. Beautiful views from every window and very peaceful even the owls seemed to lull us to sleep with a hooting lullaby. Jenny is an excellent hostess and very accommodating. Even her dogs are lovely and very well behaved. Bed comfortable and bathroom luxurious with Neal's Yard Remedies hand wash and shower gel (Geranium and Orange)

Beautiful surrounded by country side,quiet and very comfortable.facilities were excellent,our host was so lovely and accommodating.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The roads (lanes) were a bit narrow near to the property but that was all. Don'e expect to see a thatched property though - the roof is red tiles.

It's not a real B&B, felt more like a rented room since you need to go through the hosts living room to access your room.

Location beautiful. Accommodation spacious, gorgeous decor, bedding and facilities. Owner went above and beyond to provide everything we needed.
