"Alice looked after us and we were even welcomed with tea and home made cake on arrival."

We had a lovely cooked breakfast with fresh orange juice, plenty of tea and very nice fresh fruit and yoghurt. The home made soda bread was great too!

"Beautiful setting and excellent breakfasts!"

Lovely quiet property with views of the hills and sheep nearby. Very comfortable home with exceptional cooked breakfast! Very nice hostess who knows the area well and bakes delicious bread and cakes!

"Everything was excellent, didn’t want to leave."

Excellent breakfast, amazing views, very comfy bed (best nights sleep I’ve had in ages), made to feel very welcome and left feeling very relaxed. Like that they only have two rooms so your stay is not rushed, relaxing and can enjoy some peace and quiet. Lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine, listening to the animals and nature whilst taking in the glorious views.

Alice is a wonderful host, very considerate and helpful. Lovely area, quiet and picturesque. Barmoors has real character, not a bland mainstream kind of accommodation.
