Cleanliness. Owners are friendly. The shower is lovely. Coffee was good.

We were aware it was only a continental breakfast; but cornflakes, rice bubbles and toast was rather disappointing. Noise from the kitchen in the mornings. The owners are early risers and the insulation between floors poor, so no chance of a sleep in. For us, the bed was too soft. Location - the nearest place to eat was about 10 minutes drive. Expensive for what we received.
