"The facilities did not meet our expectations"

The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating people and the facilities available to us were very clean and suitable for clients who were prepared to share the bathroom and eat and watch TV with the hosts in the main section of the house.

The room we were provided with was not the same room shown in the Booking.com website. We were provided with smaller room, a shared bathroom and no catering facilities e.g. glasses / coffee making facilities, TV etc. I did not pick up when doing the booking that the room offered to us did not have an en-suit bathroom and that all catering and drinking and entertainment facilities were only available in the main house.

Nice breakfast in good company. Nice view from the room, good shower, great bed. Lovely, genuine hosts.

No lock on bedroom door. No key to get in if very late back.
