The Beach House Bed and Breakfast

The house is set in a lovely location overlooking the water and is very comfortable and spacious

It might be useful to have a kettle in the room for the odd cuppa

Really lovely welcoming hosts (and 2 super cute dogs - who won't bother you if you don't invite them, and they have their own tiled area downstairs, guest bedroom's are upstairs and everything is super clean). Great communication and very helpful. Room was very well appointed with everything I needed and lovely view. Shared bathroom is close by, very clean, nice big shower. Gorgeous view across the water, beautiful at sunrise. Bird song, lush gardens, very quiet area far from main roads. Great continental breakfast with lots of yummy options. I look forward to staying here again, and bringing my partner. If you are driving, try to arrive in the daylight so you can easily see the drive

This accommodation is in such a good place! I had no trouble with my travels over the weekend, was close to shops, restaurants, only 15 min to the Mount! And the hosts are lovely, thanks Liz and Phil :-)

Perfect sea view, confortable room, super friedly hosts

Little bit far from the city center

The location was very quiet within easy reach of the Mount. Our room was comfortable with an enjoyable breakfast in the morning.

The both hosts are really such lovely people. They did everything for their guest. Everything was absolutely clean. I had a beautiful view on my porch over the welcome bay. Breakfast was great. And Phil helped me with my heavy, heavy suitcase. Thanks for that.

A possibility of hot water to prepare tea or coffee during the daytime would be nice. And I missed a trash can on my room and a toilet brush in the bathroom. But I didn't ask for that. My fault.

Was only 15 or so mins drive from most areas I wanted to visit. Great people. Will definitely come again
