"Great place to stay."

Clair was the perfect host, polite welcoming and very helpful. All room were spotlessly clean and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Comfortable bed with tea making facilities and fresh water in our room. Breakfast was very good ( scrambled eggs and salmon are amazing ). Great central location. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property as its the best b&b we have ever stayed in.

"Sheringham gem by the seaside."

Everything was perfect, Clare was the perfect host. Lovely house and good furnishings. Only 300 metres from the sea and 10 mins to the station and buses.

Perfect facilities, exceptionally clean, hosts are amazing, professional attentive. Room is fantastic en-suite excellent. The breakfast is top quality fresh fruit cereals yoghurts toast the full English is exceptional scrambled eggs are exceptional fantastic shaped fried bread quality of ingredients top quality

Street parking can be busy we were ok left the car where it was
