"Had a wonderful stay in an excellent ocation with locational wonderful accommodation with wonderful hosts ."

Location 2 minutes walk from the town with parking outside . Lovely spacious , light bedroom overlooking the garden. Tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk every day and biscuits . Very comfortable bed . Lovely towels and shower products supplied .

The location was excellent, in the centre of Sheringham close to the beach,shops, restaurants etc.Clare was a wonderful host and the quality and choice of breakfast was simply outstanding.

A very clean and well maintained property. Clare was a excellent host who also provided useful local knowledge and delicious breakfast. We recommend Marmalades and No.10 restaurants but advance booking essential.

Room 4 is the smallest of the rooms and has limited clothes hanging space.

"Exceptional"

Very welcoming, carefully prepared and comfortable room with big bed, comfy and fairly firm. Breakfast was lovely, good choice of traditional options with some extra flourishes, with attentive service. Clare gave helpful tips on walks and places to eat and drink.

"Excellent B&B. Loved everything!"

Loved everything about it. The room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfy, great shower. The tea, coffee and biscuits replenished everyday. Breakfast was great and had a really nice and varied choice of cooked items including the traditional cooked breakfast. Clare the host was fantastic, amusing and very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything not to like. All good.

"Brilliant b&b"

Location was brilliant, close to town and the beach Room facilities were fab, even catered to my dietary requirements Breakfast options were great, all home cooked and the food was delicious Attention to detail throughout the place was great, it's a beautiful house Friendliness of hosts - they were so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much bother Easy to park Comfy beds Immaculately clean
