Clare’s home was immaculate , cosy , comfortable , spotless and very welcoming ! Brilliant location …4 mins from sea front … 2 mins from high st . Perfect location … tbh you would be mad not to stay here!!

Are you joking ?? Absolutely nothing! You could not fault Clare’s warm welcome and excellent delicious breakfasts ! She’s the hostess with the mostess 🤣🤣

The breakfast was fantastic with a super choice. The cleanliness of all that we saw at the b&b was exceptional and the location was perfect.

We were made very welcome by Claire who was the perfect host! Our room was immaculate and light and airy with everything you needed. There was a great selection of breakfasts which were very tasty and well cooked. I would definitely recommend this B& B; it's in an ideal location in a beautiful building and ran really well.

I wish there had been a full length mirror!

We found the location very good as it was close to the town centre and beach and was excellent as a base to be able to explore the coastline of Norfolk, which we did using the Coasthopper bus on two occasions. We had a small double room at the front of the house which was very comfortable and quiet. The cleanliness of the whole B and B was excellent. The breakfast was first class with so many choices which included fresh fruit on every table, nice touch! Clare was the perfect host, she really made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, can highly recommend this establishment.

Everything! Clare was welcoming from the time we walked through the door! The location was perfect for going to the town centre.Bedroom ,plenty of room and wardrobe space.Breakfast as good as a five star hotel!!

The lady of the house, Clare, is an outstanding host. The house, beautifully quirky, is situated in a quiet leafy street where flowers bloom and people stop to have a chat.

Everything the property was fabulous and clean the host very wecolming and attentive 10 out of 10 will certainly recommend and will book again without hesitation.

Frühstück sehr gut mit viel Auswahl und tw. ungewöhnlichen Optionen. Clare ist sehr, sehr nett und war immer zu freundlichen und interessanten Gesprächen aufgelegt (für uns ein Grund für B&B statt Hotel). Die Lage ist optimal sowohl für Strand als auch Zentrum.

Clare was the perfect host, welcoming us in to her beautiful home. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The choice of breakfast was excellent and all cooked freshly to order, and we both agree that it's the best breakfast we've ever had as it's rare to have fried bread and black pudding (both particular favourites of my husband). The location is excellent, in a quite street but only a short walk in to town and the sea front. We will definitely visit again.
