Very clean and decorated to a high standard. Good location. Claire is an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent and a large choice for breakfast.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

"Lovely town centre BnB."

Friendly and welcoming host. Excellent location for Sheringham Town and the beach. Food was lovely - freshly cooked to order.

Bathroom was small and a little cramped.

Claire was the perfect host and made you very welcome on arrival, always making sure all was ok, and was there anything else we needed or she could do for us, we had a good chat and laugh together, breakfast was amazing (eggs done to perfection), the home itself and the room we had was spotless, lovely size bedroom and very comfortable bed. In a perfect location for shops and sea front and added bonus the steam train. Would definitely stay again. Perfect !!!

Great choice at breakfast, lovely freshly cooked.location not far from beach. Went on the steam train to Holt , enjoyed the shops
