The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. The ensuite was excellent and the restaurant reasonably priced.

The accommodation is advertised as bed and breakfast, but that was not the case. The room information sheet clearly states that breakfast is not provided. There was a bag with croissants and an apple, but that's not breakfast in my book.

Location was lovely , enjoyed a nice pint at the bar during the Rugby , room was really nice , clean with tea , coffee , snacks etc

This is a lovely vibrant local pub with food and rooms. The rooms were very modern and comfortable and warm. The food in the pub was excellent.

Very friendly staff - very nice pub downstairs too and room was as expected and comfy enough. Jamaican food was great for an evening meal.

Showerhead needed to be upgraded. Lack of proper breakfast. Only a basic breakfast bag was given.
