A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals from 14:30 to 19:30. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 19:30 to 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. This property offers self-check-in only. The kitchen should be used only to prepare the breakfast, for the personal use there is an extra charge of €10.00 per day. In the LOFT family room there is a kitchenette whose daily cost is an extra euro 10.00 per day. Both are complete with all kitchen accessories. Air-conditioning is available upon request at the extra cost of 10.00 €/day to be paid at the property. Please note that dogs/pets will incur an additional charge of 10 Euro per day per dog/pet. If you use a credit card in the name of a person who is not present, written authorization is required, to be sent by email to massimorotondaro1960@gmail.com, accompanied by the identity document of the credit card owner.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
